Privacy Policy

루디토브(Luditove) operates luditove.com and the Foldixel web demo. This policy explains information handled when you visit the site, play the demo, subscribe to news, send feedback, or contact us.

This policy covers the website and web demo. Privacy information for the full Foldixel game is provided separately to reflect the released app and its services.

The demo uses browser local storage to remember your selected puzzle, board, remaining hearts, completed puzzles, and game state. You can return to a puzzle without an account. These saves stay in your browser; we do not upload the saved board to a Luditove account or provide cloud synchronization.

Progress remains until you clear the site’s browser data or your browser removes it. Clearing site data deletes your progress. Saves do not sync across devices, browsers, hosting sites, or the full game. If storage is blocked, the demo works for the current visit without saving.

The separately distributed HTML5 demo also stores your language preference locally. Luditove’s Google Analytics is disabled in that package. A site hosting or embedding it may process data under its own privacy policy.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), managed through Google Tag Manager, to understand website use and improve the demo. GA4 uses cookies and browser identifiers and processes information such as pages visited, referring pages, device and browser information, language, and usage events. Our website sends page views, internal link clicks, demo starts and completions, and clicks on newsletter, feedback, or contact links. Internal link events include the source and destination paths, link position, and link label. Demo events include the game and puzzle identifiers; link clicks do not tell us whether you sent an inquiry, submitted a form, or subscribed. When store or download links are added, clicks on them may also be measured; a click does not confirm a purchase or completed download.

Our analytics configuration disables Google Signals and advertising personalization signals. Contact click events identify the contact method, without sending the email address or message. We do not intentionally send email addresses or inquiry and survey text to GA4. Please avoid putting personal information in page URLs.

Our policy for GA4 user and event data is a two-month retention period, with retention reset on new activity turned off. Google deletes expired data in its monthly deletion process. This setting does not apply to standard aggregated reports. See Google’s data retention guidance.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser and, on supported browsers, use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies alone does not necessarily stop all analytics requests. Deleting all site data also removes your locally saved demo progress.

If you subscribe through our linked MailerLite form, your email address and subscription information are processed to send Luditove and Foldixel updates. MailerLite provides the subscription and delivery service; its service may also process delivery and interaction information, such as opens and link clicks, depending on the email and service settings.

We use subscriber information while your subscription is active. You can stop future newsletters through the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing stops sending; it does not necessarily delete the subscriber record. To request deletion of your information, email [email protected].

We use Google Forms to collect optional feedback about the demo, including your answers and any comments you choose to write, to improve Foldixel. Our feedback forms do not collect email addresses. Please do not enter names, contact details, or other personal information in free-text answers.

We delete survey responses within one year of submission. If you want a response deleted sooner, contact us with enough non-sensitive detail to locate it, such as its approximate submission date and a description of the answer. Without an email address or other identifier, we may be unable to identify a particular response.

Google may process information needed to provide Google Forms under Google’s privacy policy, separately from the answers made available to us.

When you email us, we receive your email address, any sender name, message, and attachments you provide. We use them to respond to you, investigate reported issues, and handle privacy requests. Please share only what is needed and remove personal information from screenshots.

We delete inquiry records within one year after the inquiry is resolved. You can request earlier deletion at [email protected].

Cloudflare hosts and delivers our website. When you connect, it processes technical request information, which may include your IP address and information about network traffic, to deliver and protect the service. Its processing and retention are described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

We use Google for analytics and surveys and MailerLite for newsletters as described above. These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy policies explain their service operations and data practices; the retention periods we state for inquiries and survey responses concern the records we manage.

When you follow a link to an external form or another website, that service’s privacy policy also applies.

You can contact [email protected] to request access to, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, or to ask us to stop using it. Describe the service involved and the information you want us to locate. We may ask for limited information needed to confirm that the request relates to you.

For locally saved progress, use your browser’s site-data controls; we cannot retrieve or delete data stored only on your device. Analytics identifiers or survey answers may not be linked to your email, which can limit our ability to locate an individual record.
